A person was found dead in a stream bed, stabbed, in the Çankaya district of Ankara. An investigation has been launched regarding the incident, and it has been learned that the deceased individual used to walk to and from their workplace every day by using the stream bed.
Health and police teams were dispatched to the area following reports from those who heard fighting sounds in the stream bed of Mürsel Uluç Neighborhood in the Çankaya district of Ankara in the evening hours.
FOUND DEAD, STABBED IN THE STREAM BED
Teams that arrived at the scene found a person lying motionless in the stream bed. Upon inspection by the teams, it was determined that the person, identified as Haydar Çakmak, had been stabbed to death.
USED THE STREAM BED EVERY DAY
The body of 40-year-old Çakmak was taken to the morgue of the Forensic Medicine Institution for autopsy procedures after the investigation at the scene. It was also learned that Çakmak used the stream bed to walk to his workplace every day.
RELATIVES WERE OVERWHELMED WITH TEARS
Relatives who received the sad news about Çakmak and came to the scene were overwhelmed with tears. The investigation launched regarding the incident is ongoing.
