The team that wins the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup will receive a record prize of 125 million dollars.
The champion of the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, to be held in the USA, will be the recipient of the largest prize in history for a football tournament victory, with an anticipated earnings of 125 million dollars.
THE CHAMPION WILL EARN 125 MILLION DOLLARS
A total of 32 clubs will participate in FIFA's new organization. The teams will be divided into 8 groups of 4, and they will compete against each other in single matches. The top 2 teams from each group will face off in the subsequent rounds in a knockout format.
According to the announcement, the champion of the FIFA Club World Cup will win a cash prize of 125 million dollars, while 1 billion dollars will be awarded to the 32 participating clubs. Additionally, a solidarity goal of 250 million dollars for the development of club football worldwide is planned, and all revenues from the organization will be distributed to club football without touching FIFA's reserves.

FIFA President Gianni Infantino commented on the prize money, stating, "The prize distribution model of the FIFA Club World Cup reflects the pinnacle of club football. In an organization consisting of a group stage and playoff format, where the winning club will play a total of 7 matches, a football tournament with a projected payment of 125 million dollars to the champion club represents the largest prize money to date. Of the total prize money of 1 billion dollars to be distributed among the 32 clubs in the organization, 475 million dollars is based on sporting performance, while 525 million dollars comes from participation fees," he said.
