Khamenei pointed out that Israel's attack came during the negotiation process with the USA, stating, "There was no sign of any harsh or military action from Iran."
HE HAD DRAWN ATTENTION TO WASHINGTON'S ROLE
Khamenei stated that the role of Washington in Israel's attacks has been strengthened by the statements of American officials, saying, "Even the intervention of American friends is a sign that the Zionist regime is weak and helpless. The Zionist enemy must be punished and is already being punished. The punishment that the Iranian people and armed forces have applied to this evil enemy so far and plan to apply in the future is a heavy punishment and has weakened it."
HE HAD CALLED TRUMP TO "THREATEN SOMEONE WHO FEARS THREATS"
Referring to the threats from President Trump, Khamenei stated, "The US President made unacceptable remarks by openly calling for the Iranian people to surrender, but we tell them that if you are going to threaten, threaten someone who fears threats."
HE HAD GIVEN MESSAGES BY QUOTING FROM THE QUR'AN
Moreover, it was observed that Khamenei quoted from the Qur'an multiple times during his speech. Quoting verse 139 of Surah Al-Imran, Khamenei said, "Do not show weakness, do not grieve. If you have believed, you will be the ones who prevail."
Khamenei also referred to verse 126 of Surah Al-Imran, stating, "Help and victory are only with Allah, the Absolute Power, the Wise."
Finally, Khamenei used the expression from verse 40 of Surah At-Tawbah, "Do not be sad, Allah is with us!"
