Thousands of Iranians took to the streets in the city of Sabzevar, Iran, against the attacks by the US and Israel. Iranians organized a protest demonstration with Iranian flags, chanting slogans in support of their country.
The city of Sabzevar, located in Iran's Razavi Khorasan province, witnessed one of the most heavily attended demonstrations in recent years today.
REACTION TO US AND ISRAELI ATTACKS
Thousands of citizens took to the streets with Iranian flags in response to the military moves of the US and Israel in the region and airstrikes against Iran.
US-ISRAEL ATTACKS ON IRAN
On February 28, while negotiations continued between Tehran and the Washington administration, Israel and the US launched a military attack on Iran.
In response, Iran carried out attacks on targets it identified in several regional countries, including Qatar, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Bahrain, where US bases are located, in addition to Israel.
In the US-Israel attacks, many high-ranking officials, including Iranian leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, were killed.
Hosseini Kermanpur, spokesperson for the Iranian Ministry of Health, announced that 926 people lost their lives in the US-Israel attacks.
