In an airstrike targeting a school in the eastern part of Gaza, Israel killed 31 Palestinians, including children.
According to the news from the Palestinian official news agency WAFA, Israeli warplanes bombed the Dar al-Arqam School, where displaced Palestinians had taken refuge. The Gaza Health Ministry described the attack on the school as a "massacre."

The Health Ministry announced that 27 people were killed in the attack, and at least 70 others were injured. In a written statement from the Palestinian Civil Defense Directorate in Gaza, it was reported that 31 Palestinians, including children and women, lost their lives in the attack, 6 people went missing, and dozens were injured.
THOSE WHO TOOK REFUGE IN THE SCHOOL WENT MISSING
A nine-month pregnant woman, who was reported to be in the school during the bombing, went missing along with her husband, sister, and three children. It was stated that the missing family had been displaced from the town of Beit Hanoun in northern Gaza Strip and had taken refuge in the school. In a joint statement from the Israeli army and the internal intelligence agency Shin Bet, it was claimed that they targeted Hamas's "command center" in the attack.
With the latest deaths, the number of Palestinians killed in the attacks carried out by the Israeli army in various regions of the Gaza Strip since the morning has risen to 95.
