Four people were killed in airstrikes carried out by the Israeli army in southern Lebanon. The strikes targeted the towns of Hirbet Silm and Kafr Dunin.

The Lebanese press reported that the Israeli army bombed a house in the town of Hirbet Silm, located in the Bint Jbeil district of the southern Lebanon province. Two people lost their lives in the attack. In another attack carried out by the Israeli army on the town of Kafr Dunin, also linked to Bint Jbeil, two people were killed.

Israeli Army Spokesman Avichay Adraee claimed responsibility for the attack in Hirbet Silm in a statement made on his social media account. Adraee stated that the Israeli army targeted 'Hezbollah members' in Hirbet Silm.
