Mükremin Gezgin, who was detained as part of a drug investigation involving celebrities, has been arrested. It has been learned that Gezgin, who attracted criticism with videos pretending to be pregnant, has been placed in a single cell in the men's prison.
A decision has been made regarding social media influencer Mükremin Gezgin, who was detained in Ankara as part of a drug investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office targeting celebrities.
ARRESTED
After his procedures at the police station, Gezgin was referred to the courthouse in Çağlayan, where he was arrested by the judge for the crimes of "facilitating the use of narcotic substances and encouraging or forcing someone into prostitution or providing a place for it" and sent to prison.
PLACED IN A SINGLE OCCUPANCY CELL
Since Mükremin Gezgin's identity card states "male," he was sent to a male prison. According to information obtained by journalist Barış Terkoğlu from officials of the Ministry of Justice; Gezgin was placed in a single occupancy cell instead of a male dormitory.
AN INVESTIGATION HAD BEEN LAUNCHED INTO "PREGNANCY" VIDEOS
An investigation had been launched against Mükremin Gezgin, who pretended to be pregnant for 9 months on social media, and recently shared a photo with a baby as if he had given birth, which drew reactions.
