A court has issued a temporary concordat decision for a period of 3 months regarding DKC Group Food and Bolaman Park Food, whose products are sold in many supermarkets across Turkey. The company that produces the Nut Master brand and its owners were also included in the process, and creditors were given 7 days to object to the decision.
A provisional concordat decision has been issued regarding DKC Group Food and Bolaman Park Food, whose products are available in many supermarkets across Turkey. With the decision of the Fatsa 1st Civil Court of First Instance, the companies have been granted a provisional period of 3 months.
THE PRODUCER OF THE NUT MASTER BRAND IS ALSO INCLUDED
According to the court decision, DKC Group Food Industry Joint Stock Company, the producer of products such as hazelnut paste, hazelnut cream, and peanut butter sold under the Nut Master brand, has been placed under the concordat process. It was stated that the company, which has a 14-year history, has a capital of around 51 million Turkish Liras.
COMPANY MANAGERS WERE ALSO INCLUDED IN THE CONCORDAT
In addition to DKC Group Food, Bolaman Park Food Products and Trade Joint Stock Company and the company owners Cemal Can Gür, Doğukan Gür, Ömer Faruk Gür, and Turgay Kaynar were also included in the concordat decision. A provisional concordat period of 3 months will be applied for all parties.
7-DAY OBJECTION PERIOD FOR CREDITORS
The court decision also included a warning to creditors. Accordingly, creditors can, within 7 days from the announcement date, submit a petition objecting and present evidence that there is no situation requiring the granting of a concordat period. Within this scope, a request for the rejection of the concordat application can be made from the court.

During the granted provisional period, the financial situation of the companies and the debt restructuring process will be closely monitored.
