Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who returned to the position of Chairman in CHP with an absolute nullity decision, sent a letter to members of parliament. Stating that a difficult process has been undergone, Kılıçdaroğlu called for unity and solidarity within the party. Emphasizing that there is no room for resentment or disarray, Kılıçdaroğlu expressed that CHP members should come together and use a more unifying language.
CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu emphasized unity and togetherness in a letter he sent to the party's members of parliament. Stating that a difficult and sensitive process is being experienced, Kılıçdaroğlu expressed that resentment and disarray within the party should not be allowed.
In his letter, Kılıçdaroğlu stated that the CHP is not only a political party but also a representative of the struggle for justice, democracy, and independence, and said that he is aware of the responsibility on the shoulders of the members of parliament.
Emphasizing the need to go beyond personal accounts and momentary reflexes during periods when the political climate becomes harsher, Kılıçdaroğlu drew attention to the importance of acting with institutional seriousness and unity.
"OUR COMMON LAW IS THE RULES OF OUR PARTY"
Kılıçdaroğlu stated that the party charter and internal group regulations are guiding not only in ordinary times but also in extraordinary processes, and expressed that the limits of all titles and positions are determined by party rules.
Kılıçdaroğlu said, "The rules, charter, and internal group regulations of our party are not just the legislation of ordinary times, but our common contract that preserves our party discipline and guides us even in extraordinary conditions. This institutional framework is our common law."
"WE NEED TO BAND TOGETHER"
Emphasizing the importance of protecting the CHP's institutional reputation in his letter, Kılıçdaroğlu stated that millions of citizens believe in the values the party represents.
Stating that no resentment or disarray should be given an opportunity, Kılıçdaroğlu conveyed the following message: "We do not have the luxury to create an environment for any resentment or any disarray. At this historic threshold where we will build our future; we need to be careful to band together and make our language more unifying than ever."
Kılıçdaroğlu thanked the members of parliament for their contributions to the common struggle and concluded his letter with the words "May our path be clear."
