While discussions about the CHP's 38th Congress continue, a voice recording allegedly between Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu and Ekrem İmamoğlu has emerged like a bombshell. Kılıçdaroğlu stated regarding the voice recording, "The release of this voice recording is an operation."
While discussions continue regarding the pressure on Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu to withdraw from the CHP's 38th Congress, a voice recording that shook the Ankara corridors has been released.
According to a voice recording between Ekrem İmamoğlu, who is imprisoned in Silivri Prison, and former CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, contrary to the claims, Kılıçdaroğlu communicates to İmamoğlu that he wants to withdraw from the race. Following the release of the voice recording, a new statement came from the Kılıçdaroğlu front.
"THE RELEASE OF THAT VOICE RECORDING IS AN OPERATION"
Journalist Sinan Burhan described his conversation with Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu after the release of the voice recording during a live broadcast on TV 100 with the following words:
"I am reiterating the same statements I made previously. Mr. Kılıçdaroğlu characterizes the release of this voice recording as a continuation of this operation. He also evaluates this as an operation. The fundamental thesis here is that whatever the team was at that time, the same circles are continuing this operation today.
I was considering withdrawing before the second round of voting. While discussing this situation with the Chairman of the Council, Mr. Ekrem İmamoğlu, before the process was completed and an official decision was announced, a social media account named 'Ekrem Edit' published a news operation stating 'Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu has withdrawn from candidacy.' This post was a disrespect to me and my will. I never accepted this, and for this reason, I entered the second round, voted, and stood by my will.
The circles that manipulated by saying Kılıçdaroğlu is withdrawing from the Ekrem Edit account are doing similar things today as well. They are creating an impression as if they are giving orders to me. I could not find this respectful to my honor and the honor of the CHP delegates, which is why I entered the second round. A muhtar came and said, 'I came from Malatya, I worked within this party, please do not withdraw,' with tears in his eyes."

In the released voice recording, Ekrem İmamoğlu, who was presiding over the congress, says, "As you see fit, my esteemed Chairman. The election has started, and you cannot legally withdraw at this moment; friends say you can withdraw with a written application."
In the voice recording, İmamoğlu states, "If you are thinking of expressing this to the public, we can express it in the most appropriate way on your behalf. As you wish. As you see fit, my esteemed Chairman. Let me also invite Mr. Özgür Özel here, and we can discuss this matter with him."
