After the "absolute nullity" decision, Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu returned to the General Chairmanship of the CHP and initiated a "redesign" process in the party. According to information from Kılıçdaroğlu's close circle, the doors have been firmly closed to the leaders of the İYİ Party, Future Party, and DEVA Party, which were former alliance partners. Kılıçdaroğlu, who reacted to Dervişoğlu with the "counterpart" response, accuses Davutoğlu and Babacan of "ingratitude" due to their stance in the May 14 elections.
After the decision of "absolute nullity," Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who returned to the CHP General Chairmanship, initiated a "redesign" process within the party. It has emerged that Kılıçdaroğlu, who frequently reiterates calls for purification, has taken a radical stance against the leaders of the İYİ Party, Future Party, and DEVA Party, which were part of the Nation Alliance in the previous period.
COMPLETELY CLOSED THE DOORS
According to information obtained by Haberler.com News Director Olgun Kızıltepe from sources close to Kılıçdaroğlu, the CHP leader has completely closed the doors to these three parties for a possible alliance.
CANNOT FORGET DERVİŞOĞLU'S WORDS
The cold war between Kılıçdaroğlu and İYİ Party Chairman Müsavat Dervişoğlu is based on Dervişoğlu's recent statements. It is stated that Kılıçdaroğlu, who focuses on restructuring the CHP after his return to the chairmanship, is reacting to Dervişoğlu's expressions such as "I do not consider him a muhatap" and that this attitude has eliminated the possibility of an alliance.
ACCUSATION OF "UNFAITHFULNESS" AGAINST BABACAN AND DAVUTOĞLU
On Kılıçdaroğlu's other front are Future Party Chairman Ahmet Davutoğlu and DEVA Party Chairman Ali Babacan. Kılıçdaroğlu describes the attitude he encountered after the elections, despite giving both leaders and their parties the right to representation by bringing them into Parliament from CHP lists during the May 14 election process, as "unfaithfulness."
WHAT HAPPENED IN THE MAY 14 ELECTIONS?
In the process leading up to the May 14, 2023 elections under the "Nation Alliance" umbrella, a total of 39 names from the İYİ Party, DEVA Party, Felicity Party, Future Party, Democrat Party, and Turkey Change Party were shown as parliamentary candidates from CHP lists and participated in the elections.
In the said elections;
- DEVA Party: won 15 seats,
- Future Party: won 10 seats,
- Felicity Party: won 10 seats.
In light of these data, it is stated that Kılıçdaroğlu is not warm to coming together with these figures, whom he previously enabled to enter Parliament, and that in the upcoming period, CHP's alliance policy will be built on this "closed doors" strategy.
