Lithuanian boxer Robertas Kotas, who allegedly assaulted tour driver Mehmet Özkan in Serik district of Antalya for not charging his phone, has been taken into custody. Özkan received treatment at the hospital.

On May 15, in the Kadriye District of Serik, tour driver Mehmet Özkan, who picked up Lithuanian boxer Robertas Kotas from a hotel to take him to Antalya, was attacked on the road. According to the claim, the boxer punched Mehmet Özkan for not plugging his phone into the charger, and Özkan barely managed to stop the moving vehicle.

BEATEN DRIVER FAINTED

While Mehmet Özkan fainted from the blows, the boxer was restrained by bystanders. Mehmet Özkan, who was treated by the health team called to the scene, was taken to the hospital for treatment. Injured in his left eye, head, ribs, arm, and various parts of his body, Mehmet Özkan filed a complaint against Robertas Kotas after his treatment.
