CHP Group Deputy Chair Murat Emir also joined the debate, and as the speech continued at the podium, the exchange of words between MPs further increased the tension in the Assembly. MHP's Deputy Speaker of the Grand National Assembly, Celal Adan, expressed his discomfort with the events and intervened.

Leyla Şahin Usta asked Celal Adan why no warning was given for the speaker's loud voice. After taking the floor, the discussion escalated as Usta walked towards the CHP benches.
HARSH WARNING
Following the events, Deputy Speaker of the Grand National Assembly Celal Adan issued a stern warning from the podium. Adan emphasized that he respects all MPs in the Assembly and stated that no one can decide how the Assembly should be managed.
"WHO ARE YOU GOING TO BEAT, SIT DOWN"
Annoyed by Usta's refusal to sit down despite the warnings, Adan said, "Who are you going to beat? Is this how things work? Sit down and take the floor." Reminding that the Assembly is an institution that establishes the state, Adan noted that discussions should be conducted with this awareness. The tension during the budget discussions caused a brief pause in the General Assembly, but the session continued after Adan's warnings.
