12-year-old Eslem Teker, who was attacked by stray dogs in the Yüksekova district of Hakkari, has lost her life. Upon receiving reports from those who saw the severely injured child, 112 Emergency Health and police teams were dispatched to the scene. Teker, who was intervened by health officials, was taken to Yüksekova State Hospital by ambulance. Despite all interventions, Eslem could not be saved. Tunç announced that an investigation has been launched regarding Eslem's death, stating, "The death of our 12-year-old child Eslem, who was injured as a result of an attack by stray dogs in the Esenyurt neighborhood of Yüksekova district in Hakkari province and who passed away despite all interventions at the hospital, has deeply saddened us all. An official investigation has been initiated by the Yüksekova Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the incident. The investigation will be conducted meticulously in all aspects. I wish God's mercy upon Eslem, who lost her life in this tragic incident, and I extend my condolences and patience to her family and loved ones," he expressed.
