A mother in Isparta brutally beat her child while trying to silence him. In the footage, the mother can be seen slapping and punching the child while saying, "Shut up, I'll suffocate you, don't annoy me." An investigation has been launched regarding the incident, and the child has been placed under state protection.
K.Ö., who came to Isparta from Burdur 6 months ago, went to the picnic area in Ayazmana with her son. While sitting in a tea garden here, K.Ö. resorted to violence when she couldn't calm her crying son.
"SHUT UP OR I'LL CUT OFF YOUR BREATH"
K.Ö., who slapped and pushed her child, told her son, whom she pinched on the nose, "Shut up or I'll cut off your breath, don't upset me. If you don't stop, I'll hit you. I swear I'll hit you," before slapping and punching him in the head.
CHILD TAKEN UNDER STATE PROTECTION
Following the recent publication of a video recorded on a mobile phone, the Burdur Chief Public Prosecutor's Office launched an investigation. The child was taken from her mother and placed under the protection of the Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services.
