Following the 'absolute nullity' decision in the CHP, the activity in front of the CHP headquarters reached its highest level, while the helpless moments of a woman who, with her head in her hands on the steps of the party building, expressed her complaints in a very sad manner were captured by cameras.
A 'definitive nullity' decision was issued in the case regarding the 38th Ordinary Congress of the CHP, held on November 4-5, 2023, where Özgür Özel was elected as the party leader.
KILIÇDAROĞLU WILL TAKE OVER THE ADMINISTRATION
The 36th Civil Chamber of the Ankara Regional Court of Appeal ruled that Özgür Özel and the party administration be temporarily suspended from duty and that former CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu and his administration take over the duties.
MYK CONVENED EXTRAORDINARILY
Following the court decision, the first move of Özgür Özel's administration became clear. Özel urgently summoned all deputies to the CHP headquarters. The Central Executive Board (MYK) also convened extraordinarily to evaluate the decision.

While activity in front of the CHP headquarters increased after the decision, a striking moment was captured on cameras. A woman sitting on the stairs in front of the headquarters was seen holding her head in her hands and expressing reproach in a very sad manner.
