DROWNED IN THE RIVER
The incident occurred in the afternoon in the rural Tanisik neighborhood of Yenişehir district. According to reports, Muhammed Umut Kizilkaya, who entered the Dicle River to cool off, disappeared in the water shortly after. Noticing the situation, nearby citizens entered the water and pulled Kizilkaya from the river unconscious.
LOST HIS LIFE
The health team dispatched to the scene upon notification determined that Kizilkaya had lost his life. Kizilkaya's lifeless body was taken to the morgue of the Diyarbakir Forensic Medicine Institute for an autopsy after the prosecutor and gendarmerie conducted an examination at the scene. An investigation into the incident has been initiated.
