Journalist Nedim Şener reacted to the statement of CHP Chairman Özgür Özel, who said, "Groups that do not represent Syria came to power with the permission of England, the USA, and Israel." Şener said, "That's why Israel carried out 1,000 airstrikes and around 400 ground attacks; that's why it incited the Druze and the Alawites. The Syrian army carried out an operation against PKK/YPG positions located in the Ashrafiyeh and Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhoods of the city center of Aleppo.
