New witness statements have been added to the case against senior executive Lorna Hajdini in the 'slavery' scandal at JPMorgan, expanding the allegations. One witness claimed in their statement that Hajdini invited them to a threesome with Rana and engaged in inappropriate behavior. The bank and Hajdini deny all charges, stating that an internal investigation found no misconduct.

Sexual abuse allegations against Lorna Hajdini (37), a senior executive at global financial giant JP Morgan, have resurfaced with new developments. The case has expanded with the inclusion of anonymous witness statements in the lawsuit filed by former employee Chirayu Rana (35).

FIRST ALLEGATIONS MADE HEADLINES

Plaintiff Rana alleged that Hajdini abused her position to sexually harass him, threaten him, and use racist language. The lawsuit claimed that the executive administered illegal substances and threatened to end his career.

The plaintiff stated that the processes began after they started working together in 2024, alleging he was forced into non-consensual sexual relations and kept under pressure.

ALLEGATIONS OF "THREATS AND PRESSURE"

The petition alleged that Hajdini used threatening language toward the plaintiff and made derogatory remarks about his background. Rana claimed he suffered psychological pressure during this process.

THREESOME ALLEGATIONS IN THE FILE

According to a New York Post report, recently submitted court documents included statements from unnamed witnesses. One witness claimed that Hajdini invited them into a threesome with Rana and exhibited inappropriate behavior during late-night hours.

The documents also stated that Rana expressed discomfort and described feeling pressured during the incidents. Other witness statements included allegations of physical intimacy between the two.

COMPANY AND HAJDINI DENY ALLEGATIONS

JP Morgan, on the other hand, denied all allegations. The bank stated that an internal investigation found no evidence of misconduct. It was noted that Hajdini fully cooperated with the investigation, while Rana did not participate in the process.

Meanwhile, some reports alleged that Rana claimed his father had died to obtain leave, but this information was not true.

EMPHASIS ON PSYCHOLOGICAL IMPACT

The plaintiff's side argued that Rana was diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and suffered serious harm due to the process.
