Two people have been detained in connection with the incident in which a 16-year-old girl, who was allegedly harassed by Görele Mayor Hasbi Dede in Giresun, was seriously injured after being hit by a car. It is noteworthy that the accident occurred on the same day in the evening hours after threatening posts were made on a social media account directed at the child and her family.
A.H. (23), driving a car with license plate 28 RE 752, hit 16-year-old T.T. at the location of the Görele bridge on the Black Sea Coastal Road in the Görele district of Giresun. It was revealed that the girl, who was taken to the hospital in critical condition and fighting for her life, is the "victim" in the case of "sexual harassment against a child," in which Hasbi Dede, who was removed from the position of Görele Mayor, is being tried without detention. A new development regarding the incident has occurred.
2 SUSPECTS IN CUSTODY
In a statement from the Giresun Governorship, it was noted that the judicial investigation regarding the traffic accident with injuries that occurred on the Black Sea Coastal Road in the Görele district is being conducted meticulously.
The statement indicated that T.T., who was injured in the accident, was transferred to Giresun Education and Research Hospital, and that the driver of the vehicle involved in the accident and one person accompanying him were taken into custody by the security forces.

It was stated that the next hearing of the case, in which Hasbi Dede, who was removed from his position after his arrest and later released, is being tried, will be held on April 24. The indictment requests a prison sentence of 6 months to 3 years for Dede.
