The wafer giant Master Choco Gıda, operating in Bursa with a daily production capacity of 12 tons, could not overcome the economic bottleneck it faced. The company, whose request for concordat was rejected, went bankrupt. While the court lifted all measures on the company, no bankruptcy decision was made for Master Bronz, which is in the same group.

CONCORDAT APPLICATION REJECTED

The concordat application made by Master Choco Food, established in Bursa in 2018 to overcome its financial bottleneck, was evaluated by the Bursa 1st Commercial Court of First Instance. The court rejected the concordat request, concluding that the company could not recover its financial structure, and ruled for the company's bankruptcy. With this decision, the powers of the concordat commissioner who served throughout the process were terminated.

ALL MEASURES LIFTED

The court panel lifted all legal and financial measures imposed on the company following the bankruptcy decision. Thus, the temporary protection process conducted for Master Choco Food has completely ended.
