BANKRUPTCY DECISION OVERTURNED
According to AirportHaber, the Regional Court of Appeals 17th Civil Chamber overturned the local court's bankruptcy decision and sent the case back to the 2nd Commercial Court. With this decision, the judicial process has restarted.

The overturning of the bankruptcy decision has also brought the legal status of the liquidation process being conducted against the company back into focus. The fate of the previously initiated proceedings will become clear as a result of the local court's reassessment. Founded in 1992 and operating in Turkish civil aviation for many years, Onur Air halted its operations due to financial problems experienced after the pandemic, and its operating license was suspended in 2022.
