Following the absolute nullity decision regarding CHP's 38th Congress, extraordinary activity occurred at the party headquarters. Following the court's ruling of absolute nullity regarding CHP's 38th Congress, activity increased at CHP Headquarters. After the decision was announced, it was learned that Chairman Özgür Özel went into an extraordinary meeting with all members of the Central Executive Committee (MYK), and Members of Parliament were urgently summoned to the Headquarters. While it was stated that the party administration adopted a stance of not leaving the headquarters until the process is clarified, it was notable that some party members arrived at the Headquarters with their suitcases.
