Portuguese model Tessy Ramos Correia, who was among those detained in the drug investigation targeting celebrities, has been arrested. It was learned that prohibited substances were seized during a search of Correia's home, who frequently appeared in the tabloid news for her past relationship with singer Nihat Doğan.
Within the scope of a drug investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, a large-scale operation was carried out by Istanbul Police Department teams.
In the operation, 23 people, including well-known names from the art, television, and social media world, were detained. The suspects were taken to the Forensic Medicine Institute as part of the procedures and provided blood and hair samples.
TESSY RAMOS CORREIA ARRESTED
While 9 of the 23 suspects referred to the courthouse were arrested, Portuguese model Tessy Ramos Correia was among those arrested.
The court issued an arrest warrant for Tolga Çam, Murat Saygı, Enis Ahmet Onat, Emre Tari, Hasan Vatan, Reyhan Küçükyeğen, Mehmet Yıldız, Tessy Ramos Correia, and Eren Yorulmaz within the scope of the investigation.
MARIJUANA SEIZED AT HER HOME
During the searches conducted as part of the investigation, drugs and drug paraphernalia were found at some addresses.
According to the information obtained, 7.43 grams of marijuana were seized during a search at Tessy Ramos Correia's address. Following this development, it was decided to arrest Correia.
