The fight involving three mothers in England demonstrates how far competitive ambition can go. The incident occurred in front of students. Nail care specialist Sophie Mckay (32) recounted what happened as she dropped her daughter off at school: "It all started when a rival nail technician claimed I was encroaching on her territory. A woman named Aliyah suddenly attacked us. She first punched my sister, then knocked both of us to the ground. She bit my finger so hard that I thought it would come off. I was screaming for the teachers to help." After the fight, Mckay, who suffered nerve damage in two of her fingers, received antibiotic treatment and a tetanus shot. The police have launched an investigation into the incident but have not made any arrests. Videos of the fight, filmed in the schoolyard, quickly spread on social media. The footage shows bystanders trying to break up the fight, but the women continue to grapple with each other. While the incident has been referred to as a "nail fight" in the British press, the school administration announced that it has increased security measures.
