KNOWN AS "ALLI TURNA"

Photographer Serhat Çakıcı stated that the flamingos, commonly known as "alli turna," excite bird photographers.

Çakıcı mentioned that flamingos can prefer to fly from different areas in terms of their resting and feeding behaviors, saying, "In previous years, we had photographed a baby flamingo in our district. This year, we experienced a first as well. Due to the heavy snowfall and adverse weather conditions in our region, we are hosting flamingos in Abana as a safe refuge."
