Nuri Alço and his wife Burcu Alço have been in a legal dispute with the new owner of the house they have been living in since 2016 due to rent. Burcu Alço, who explained the inside story of the incident, said that the landlord sold the house without informing them. Alço said, "He wanted to evict us, but when we didn't leave, it went to court. We wanted to increase the rent, but he didn't want a contract. An expert came to the house and it will continue according to the amount they determine."

The new owner of the house in Kağıthane, where Alço has been living since 2016, asked the family to move out, stating that he would move in. The landlord sent a notarized warning to Alço couple who did not leave the house. When the Alço couple refused to move out, the landlord filed a lawsuit.

Burcu Alço, the wife of Alço, who claimed to have paid a rent of 3,500 TL in the house in Kağıthane, used the following statements in her Instagram post: "The real story behind the news that came out today is not like that. I was going to keep quiet, but the news is going in a ridiculous direction. Our landlord is selling the house without our knowledge. The new owner buys the house without even seeing it. Then he says 'Leave the house'. He wants to settle in. Okay, but why should we move out when we have the right to stay for 2 more years legally? We suggested 'Let's increase the rent and arrange a contract', but he did not accept the contract part. Then the case went to court.
