Singer and actor Oğuzhan Koç made striking statements about his career journey on the Efe Show program hosted by Efe Uygaç. Koç noted that Eser Yenenler had a significant impact on his decision to come to Istanbul and pursue a music career, saying, "Eser made me drop out of university."
Oğuzhan Koç stated in the program he attended that his interest in music started at a young age, explaining that participating in a children's choir in Bursa was the first step in his career. Expressing that his biggest dream is to be a musician, Koç said that during his middle and high school years, he dreamed of Istanbul with Eser Yenenler, İbrahim Büyükak, and Tolga Akış.
Koç mentioned that he met Yılmaz Erdoğan thanks to Eser Yenenler and described that process with the following words:
"I MET HIM THROUGH ESER"
"I met Yılmaz brother through Eser. Then I found myself writing sketches. After that, they told me I had to act. I liked it, and the pay was good."
Koç, who said he took some time to recover after Çok Güzel Hareketler Bunlar, expressed that they later tried to convince the channels to accept the idea of doing a talk show as a trio and that they succeeded.
"ESER MADE ME QUIT SCHOOL"
Emphasizing that Eser Yenenler is behind the bold decisions he made in his career, Koç also shared the turning point he experienced during his university years:
"The person who enabled me to make all the risky decisions on this path is Eser Yenenler. While I was studying at Dokuz Eylul University, he told me, 'Quit school, come to Istanbul, take the exam again, and make music.' He made me do many things that seemed impossible to me. He made me quit school, I mean. It's not easy to do this at 18 while in university."
