An operation was carried out at the CHP-run Marmaris Municipality at midnight as part of an investigation conducted by the Marmaris Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. Within the scope of the operation, some municipal employees and certain officials who had previously served in the municipality were brought in.
Another operation targeting municipalities run by the CHP has been added.
MIDNIGHT POLICE RAID
A midnight operation was carried out at the CHP-run Marmaris Municipality as part of an investigation conducted by the Marmaris Chief Public Prosecutor's Office in Muğla.
EMPLOYEES AND FORMER OFFICIALS BROUGHT TO THE MUNICIPALITY
As part of the operation that started at midnight, a large number of police teams from the Muğla Provincial Police Department raided the municipality building. It was learned that some municipal employees were taken from their residences to the municipality, and some officials who had previously served in the municipality were also brought to the municipality.
POLICE TEAMS' WORK CONTINUES
It was observed that police teams were taking security measures around the municipality building. The work being carried out in the municipality building continues as part of the operation, which is heavily supported by the Smuggling and Organized Crime Department teams.
