ALLEGATIONS OF VIOLENCE IN KINDERGARTEN
The incident at a foreign private kindergarten in Bayrampaşa came to light following complaints from parents. According to allegations, a woman named A.B., who worked at the kindergarten, struck children with a stick while trying to put them down for a nap. It was learned that the incident occurred on June 16, 17, and 19.
ALLEGED MISCONDUCT IN THE DINING HALL AS WELL
According to claims, A.B. allegedly mistreated and physically intervened with children not only during nap times but also while they were in the dining hall. An investigation was launched into the incident following parents' complaints.
CAPTURED ON SECURITY CAMERA
As part of the efforts, security camera footage was reviewed. It was reported that the images showed A.B. striking children with the stick she was holding. Following the obtained footage, the suspect was taken into custody by police teams, and legal proceedings were initiated.
