Journalist Sinan Burhan claimed that Özel is preparing to establish a new party and even the headquarters building has been determined. According to the information provided by Burhan on tv100, the headquarters building for the new party to be established was selected in the vicinity of Çankaya Atakule and Yıldız, one of Ankara's prime locations, and has been officially rented.
