Polisan Holding is being sold to CoreX Holding, owned by Samsunspor Club President Yüksel Yıldırım. The sale, which has been approved by the Competition Authority, is expected to take place in the coming days.
A new phase has been reached in the process of changing the ownership structure at Polisan Holding, one of the important organizations in the history of Turkish industry. Businessman and Samsunspor President Yüksel Yıldırım, who established CoreX Holding by parting ways with his brothers at the end of 2024, has taken a step closer to acquiring the shares owned by the Bitlis Family.
In a notification made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was announced that the approval of the Competition Authority, one of the most critical stages of the transfer process, has been obtained.
HALF A CENTURY OF INDUSTRIAL HERITAGE IS BEING TRANSFERRED Polisan Holding, which started its activities in the textile sector in 1956 and entered the chemical industry in 1964, draws attention with its presence in strategic areas such as paint, port operations, and agriculture. The group, which transitioned to a professional management model in 2023, is now preparing to join CoreX Holding.
Yüksel Yıldırım 77% OF THE SHARES WILL BE TRANSFERRED According to the agreement signed on June 27, 2025, the shares belonging to members of the Bitlis Family, corresponding to 77.7268% of the holding's capital, will be transferred to CoreX Holding B.V.'s subsidiary Corex Ports and Terminals Dilovası Port Operations Inc.
CRITICAL STEP IN THE SALES PROCESS HAS BEEN OVERCOME Most of the significant steps in the process set for the completion of the sale have been completed. While the division decisions will be registered on September 10, 2025, the transfer of the subsidiary Polisan Hellas S.S.A. in Greece will also be completed by January 22, 2026.
