A tribute night was held for Kocaelispor, the leader of Trendyol 1. Lig. The program, which was attended by representatives of the national press, emphasized the theme of 'Back to the Super League.'
The Kocaelispor community came together at a tribute night themed "Kocaelispor Back to the Super League." Important figures from Kocaeli, including Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Tahir Büyükakın, Kocaeli Governor İlhan Aktaş, Kocaelispor executives, and prominent names from the business world attended this meaningful event.

Kocaelispor President Recep Durul emphasized the importance of unity and solidarity in his speech during the night and thanked the Kocaeli community. Stating that the team progressing towards the championship will achieve greater successes with the support of the city, Durul said: "Kocaelispor is not just a football club; it is a great value that reflects the spirit of this city. We have united to rise to the Super League, and together we will write history! The reason we gather here today is not only to celebrate a success but also to lay a solid foundation for the future. We have very big goals for Kocaelispor."

Recalling the club's historical successes, President Durul emphasized that Kocaelispor has risen to the Super League three times and stated that they are now focused on even bigger goals in the new era. Durul said, "Now we are returning to the Super League with the same spirit and belief. However, our goal is not just to rise but to remain there and create a Kocaelispor that competes in Europe! We will write the story of Kocaelispor's fourth rise to the Super League in golden letters together with our management. We will work together to carry this club into the future." he stated.
TAHİR BÜYÜKAKIN: "WE ARE ALREADY CELEBRATING THE CHAMPIONSHIP!"
Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Tahir Büyükakın also emphasized in his speech that it is not enough for Kocaelispor to just rise to the Super League; the club must also remain in the league. Büyükakın stated, "The biggest threat to the club is its inability to institutionalize. Kocaelispor needs to have a strong infrastructure and solid financial discipline. We will do our part. This team will reach the place it deserves with the unity of the city. We are celebrating the championship without getting carried away, with dignity!" he said.
