HE OBTAINED HOME ADDRESS AND IDENTITY INFORMATION
According to the indictment, İbrahim Y. obtained Aleyna Tilki's home address, Turkish ID number, and other personal information. He then reached out to Tilki's father and assistant, threatening to disseminate this information. It is alleged that the defendant also blackmailed by sharing the said information through some social media accounts.
THE DEFENDANT DENIED THE ALLEGATIONS
İbrahim Y., who denied the allegations against him, defended himself by saying, "I learned that the information was stolen. I sent a message to her father and assistant. My intention was to help." However, the prosecution deemed the defendant's statements unconvincing and requested a sentence of up to 4 years in prison.
