A TOTAL OF 1 MILLION 500 THOUSAND PILLS
Teams from the Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command conducted an operation at an address in Çatalca following a drug tip-off. The teams raided the designated address and carried out a search. During the search, 1 million 500 thousand narcotic pills, 150 kilograms of pregabalin substance, 11 top packages, 1 precision scale, 1 mixing machine, 1 capsule filling machine, 1 capsule molding machine, 2 compressors, 1 cooling device, and 4 metal cylindrical capsule molds were seized. Following the search, 2 suspects were caught and detained.
Efforts continue to apprehend 5 suspects believed to be involved in the incident. The questioning of the detained suspects at the gendarmerie is ongoing.
