Russia's Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev stated that his country is not considering supplying nuclear weapons to Iran and that they are a party to the 'Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons'.

Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev stated that his country is a party to the 'Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons' and therefore has no intention of supplying nuclear weapons to Iran.

Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev responded to the statement made by U.S. President Donald Trump about him today.

"WE WILL NOT SUPPLY NUCLEAR WEAPONS TO IRAN"

Emphasizing that Israel is not a party to the 'Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons', Medvedev said, "Russia has no intention of supplying nuclear weapons to Iran because we are a party to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons."

Medvedev stated that during his presidency in Russia, he was responsible for the Russian nuclear arsenal and that they are aware of the consequences of supplying nuclear weapons to Iran.

"WHAT'S NEXT?"

Reminding that he signed the 'New Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty' (New START) with 'a U.S. president', Medvedev expressed that the treaty is still in effect.

Medvedev also stated that the discussion about which country has more nuclear weapons should not be engaged, saying, "The question is, what's next?"
