The United States Polo Association Global announced that it has been acquired by HRK Holding AŞ, which includes the Saat & Saat brand of Aydınlı Group.

United States Polo Association (USPA) Global announced that Aydınlı Hazır Giyim San. Tic. AŞ (Aydınlı Group) has been acquired by HRK Holding AŞ (Saat & Saat).

SAAT&SAAT ACQUIRES USPA

In a statement made by USPA Global, it was noted that both companies operate as licensed partners of USPA Global's multi-billion dollar sports brand and U.S. Polo Assn., the official brand of the United States Polo Association.

The statement emphasized that Aydınlı's acquisition as one of the largest partners of the brand would provide access to more than 50 countries across Turkey, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and North Africa, and it was recorded that Ramazan Kaya, CEO of Saat & Saat, would serve as the CEO of Aydınlı Group.
