An unfortunate accident occurred on the set of the series "Onbeşliler." The lead actor, İsmail Ege Şaşmaz, was injured on his hand during the filming and was taken to the hospital. Medical examinations revealed a fracture in his finger, and the famous actor was urgently taken into surgery. After an operation that lasted about an hour, Şaşmaz was given a two-week rest period, during which his brother Aytaç Şaşmaz provided support.
'Waiting for the Sun', 'Love Doesn't Understand Words', 'The Sparrow Palace', 'Awakening: The Great Seljuks', and 'Blind Spot' are among the successful productions featuring İsmail Ege Şaşmaz, who experienced an unfortunate accident on the set of his new project, the series "Onbeşliler". According to journalist Birsen Altuntaş, it was determined that Şaşmaz had a fracture in his finger after being taken to the hospital following the incident.
After the ongoing shooting in Tokat, the successful actor was transferred to Istanbul and underwent surgery. Following the approximately one-hour operation, Şaşmaz was given a two-week rest report. During the famous actor's time in the hospital, his brother, Aytaç Şaşmaz, who is also an actor like him, was by his side.
According to information from the production team, it was learned that Şaşmaz's health condition is good and he is expected to return to the sets shortly. Due to the accident the actor experienced, the shooting of the series has been temporarily halted.
