WHO IS FAİK ÇETİNER?

Çetiner was born in 1956 in Istanbul. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Istanbul University. He began his journalism career in 1975 at the Tercüman newspaper. After working here for 15 years, he moved to the Meydan newspaper in 1990.

In 1994, he started preparing and presenting a program called Bizim Stadyum on Kanal 6. The program, which lasted for 19 years, was broadcast on HBB, ATV, TRT 1, Flash TV, Cine5, Kanaltürk, TV8, Habertürk, and Ekotürk.

Most recently, Faik Çetiner was continuing his journalism career at the Fanatik newspaper. Faik Çetiner, who suffered a heart attack and underwent bypass surgery in 2023, passed away on October 25, 2025.
