Erdoğan announced that the project will include 500,000 new housing units, with 100,000 of them to be built in Istanbul. HOW MUCH WILL BE BUILT IN WHICH PROVINCE?

Stating that a total of 500,000 new houses will be built in 81 provinces, Erdoğan said, "With our project, we will build a total of 500,000 houses in all 81 provinces. We have allocated 100,000 of these houses to Istanbul, 30,000 to Ankara, and 21,000 to Izmir. We will provide 13,000 houses to Bursa, Gaziantep, and Konya, and 12,000 houses to Hatay and Diyarbakır," he said.

SEPARATE QUOTAS FOR MARTYRS' FAMILIES, VETERANS, AND RETIREES

Special quotas have been allocated for different segments of society within the project.

• 5% for families of martyrs, veterans, and the disabled
• 10% for families with three or more children
• 20% quota allocated for retired citizens.

President Erdoğan stated, "We have not forgotten our martyrs' families, our heroic veterans, and our retirees, whom we protect like our own eyes."

Stating that the houses will be built with horizontal architecture and traditional Turkish motifs, Erdoğan also examined the sample apartments in the area where the ceremony was held. During the inspections, Minister of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change Murat Kurum accompanied President Erdoğan.
