The young woman documented her husband's repeated sexual encounters with his mistress in a car through audio recordings. She then shared the recordings, which proved the affair, with her husband's married mistress's spouse. The victimized woman is now being prosecuted as a defendant after her husband filed a complaint against her.

However, the woman, who was initially in a victim position, is now being tried as a defendant.
PLACED A RECORDING DEVICE IN HER HUSBAND'S POCKET
According to a report in Gerçek Gündem, the incident occurred in the Kartal district of Istanbul. D.Ç. placed a recording device in her husband E.Ç.'s pocket after suspecting that he was cheating on her.
THEY WERE TOGETHER IN A CAR
Unbeknownst to her husband, he met with his lover multiple times. He even shared intimate moments with her inside a car. All these processes and sounds were recorded by the recording device that he was unaware of in his pocket.
LISTENED TO THE AUDIO RECORDINGS OF INTIMATE MOMENTS
D.Ç. was shocked when she took the recording device out of her husband's pocket and listened to it. The phrases her husband used to refer to another woman as "My love" and "My life," along with the audio recordings of intimate moments, infuriated her. She couldn't control her anger. Taking the recording in her hand, she reached out to G.T., her husband's married lover's spouse, and handed over the recording.
DECIDED TO TAKE REVENGE FOR THE SETUP
After listening to the recording, G.T. couldn't believe what she heard. She divorced her husband C.B., who was having an affair with someone else. Feeling "ashamed" in front of her family and close ones, C.B. decided to take revenge for the setup against her and her lover.
She filed a complaint against D.Ç., who placed the recording device in her husband's pocket. As a result of the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Anadolu Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, an indictment was prepared against D.Ç. for "Violation of Privacy" and "Recording Private Conversations." D.Ç., who was the victim, became a defendant due to a mistake she made.
