Former Interior Minister and AK Party Istanbul Deputy Süleyman Soylu reacted strongly to the remarks made by CHP Chairman Özgür Özel at the Ümraniye rally. Soylu stated, "From now on, anyone who engages with Özgür Özel (from us) will take the words 'the dog of Tayyip Erdoğan' upon themselves. Personally, I would treat that person as a 'dog.' Don't say I didn't warn you."
The words spoken by CHP Chairman Özgür Özel at the rally organized by his party in Ümraniye have resonated widely in the public.
COMPENSATION LAWSUIT FROM ERDOĞAN
Özgür Özel, who was the subject of an investigation initiated by the Ankara and Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office yesterday and against whom President Erdoğan filed a compensation lawsuit, faced reactions from many figures within the government and the AK Party.

One of the names reacting to Özel's words was former Interior Minister and AK Party Istanbul Deputy Süleyman Soylu.
"I WOULD TREAT THAT PERSON LIKE A DOG"
Soylu stated in a post on X that he challenged AK Party members based on Özel's words. Soylu said, "From today onwards, anyone who engages with Özgür Özel (from us) will take the words 'Tayyip Erdoğan's dog' upon themselves. Personally, I would also treat that person like a dog. Don't say I didn't warn you," he said.
