U.S. President Donald Trump announced that Uzbekistan will make approximately $35 billion in purchases and investments in key sectors in the U.S. within 3 years, and over $100 billion within 10 years, according to the trade and economic agreement reached. The sectors covered by the agreement include critical minerals, aerospace, automotive parts, agriculture, and information technology.
U.S. President Donald Trump announced via his Truth social media platform that a trade and economic agreement has been reached with Uzbekistan.

Expressing great excitement about the agreement, Trump stated, "Uzbekistan will purchase and invest approximately $35 billion in critical minerals, aviation, automotive parts, infrastructure, agriculture, energy and chemicals, information technology, and other key American sectors over the next 3 years. Within the next 10 years, this figure will exceed $100 billion."
