President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan published a message on the occasion of the 24th anniversary of the AK Party's coming to power with the November 3, 2002 elections. Erdoğan, using the expressions "24 years ago today we signed an Anatolian revolution," emphasized that they will continue to serve Turkey.
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made a post on the social media platform X regarding the 24th anniversary of the AK Party's coming to power.
Referring to the November 3, 2002 elections, Erdoğan described the day his party first came to power as an "Anatolian revolution."
"WE WILL CONTINUE TO SERVE OUR NATION"
President Erdoğan used the following statements in his post:
"Today, 24 years ago, we signed an Anatolian revolution; with the November 3, 2002 elections, in which we first received the favor of our nation, we opened the doors of a great and strong Turkey. With God's permission, we will continue to serve this nation, which we are devoted to, and this country, which we are in love with."
