Following the murder of 15-year-old Mattia Ahmet Minguzzi in Kadıköy, the questioning of individuals who made armed threats to his family via social media has been completed. The statement given by 33-year-old B.A., who provided a three-page testimony at the Robbery Bureau, was shocking.
Following the threats made against the family of Mattia Ahmet Minguzzi, who was murdered in Kadıköy, the Gasp Bureau Chief's Office initiated an investigation. Yesterday, the police detained 5 suspects identified as having made the threatening posts. It was determined that the suspects H.E.A, K.G., E.K., and A.S.D were minors and were taken to the Child Branch Directorate, while the 32-year-old B.A. was interrogated at the Public Order Branch Directorate.

B.A., who provided a 3-page statement at the Gasp Bureau, reportedly said in his statement, "The account belongs to me. I learned about the murder through social media. However, I do not know the deceased child or his family. I also do not know those who shot him or their relatives. I made the posts unconsciously. I am very sorry for what I did now."
In their investigation, the police determined that there was no friendship or causal link between B.A. and the suspects, and that there were no criminal records against the suspect.
THEY WERE REFERRED TO THE COURT
Legal action was taken against suspect B.A. for 'armed threats' and 'threatening multiple people', and after the procedures, B.A. and the 4 minors whose processes were ongoing at the Child Branch Directorate were referred to the court. Additionally, it was learned that an investigation was underway to determine whether the unlicensed weapon found in the home of one of the minors was used in any crime.
