After the record, Şahika shared her happiness with a banner that read 'Let Gaza breathe,' stating, "I expressed this reaction with the dive we did 10 years ago. I am following the process in Gaza. Today, thankfully, we see that a peace process has begun. Until this process brings lasting peace, I will continue to be a breath for Gaza with my dives. I hope that Gaza breathes, and the darkness turns to light. We will continue to live with sports, nature, and hope," she expressed.
