In the women's downhill category of the alpine discipline at the 2026 Milano-Cortina Winter Olympics, American Breezy Johnson won the gold medal. On the second day of the event in Italy, the women's downhill competitions in the alpine discipline were held at the Tofane Alpine Ski Center in Cortina.
The reigning world champion in this discipline, Breezy Johnson, became the owner of the gold medal with a time of one minute and 36.10 seconds.
German Emma Aicher took the silver medal with a difference of 0.04 seconds, while the host country's 2018 Olympic champion Sofia Goggia won the bronze medal, finishing 0.59 seconds behind the leader.
