The police determined that Hamza C., who killed 2 people and seriously injured 1 person, fled the scene in his vehicle towards Aksaray. The Aksaray Police Department teams, which went on alert, detected that the vehicle entered Aksaray from the Kireçlik road through license plate recognition systems. The vehicle was found in a field in the Cumhuriyet neighborhood. H.C., who attempted to escape upon seeing the police, was caught.

Hamza C., who was brought to the Emergency Department of Aksaray Training and Research Hospital for a health check by police vehicle, answered questions from journalists.
