A SUV crashed into a truck like an arrow on the D-650 highway in the Pamukova district of Sakarya. In the accident, the driver, who was trapped in the SUV that was crushed like paper, lost his life at the scene. The accident occurred at the Regional Traffic Control Station located at the entrance of Pamukova district. The Nissan SUV with license plate 16 EAE 14, driven by Bahadır Yavuz (38), crashed into the truck with license plate 33 VY 470, which was traveling in the same direction. Upon notification of the situation, fire, medical, and police teams were dispatched to the area.
THE DRIVER'S BODY WAS DIFFICULTLY REMOVED FROM THE CRUSHED VEHICLE
The teams that arrived at the scene determined that the driver Yavuz, who was trapped inside the vehicle that was crushed like paper, had lost his life. The lifeless body of the driver, who was removed from the wreckage by the fire department, was taken to the hospital morgue. Due to the accident, long vehicle queues formed in the area. After the vehicles were removed from the road, traffic returned to normal, and an investigation was initiated regarding the accident.
