Pezeshkian expressed his gratitude to the Spanish authorities for their stance on the aforementioned attacks in a statement on his social media account. Pezeshkian stated, "The responsible attitude displayed by the Spanish government in the face of the blatant human rights violations of the Zionist-American coalition and military attacks against various countries, including Iran, shows that there are still sensitive consciences and ethical values in the Western world. I thank the Spanish authorities for their stance."
